The Sky Quilt

This quilt is made from 100% linen, muslin and shot cotton. The linen is all hand dyed by me using indigo. 

It has a pure cotton batting for durability and warmth. 
Entirely hand quilted using cotton Japanese sashiko thread.

The border is hand stitched using a double binding technique, ensuring the edges of your quilt are well protected.
This quilt measures 40 inches x 40 inches. It's timeless design will reach beyond the baby years and into a lifetime of uses for fort building, picnicking and handed down to future generations. 

An amalgamation of stars and stripes echo the ever changing patterns we see in the sky.
